The NPA has revoked the license of Chairman Samba's OMC, Lilly Gold Energy Resources Limited, and 29 others for non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the Authority on the acquisition and maintenance of their licenses.
The NPA has therefore warned that engaging with the affected OMCs will be at your own risk. That NPA will bear no liability for any loss or damage that may be suffered by any person who chooses to engage with the affected OMCs in whatsoever capacity.
