After their GH₵100,000(1 billion old Ghana Cedis) was rejected by Real Tamale United FC - RTU
Accra Hearts of Oak has sent a second bid of GH₵150,000(1.5 billion old Ghana Cedis) to Real Tamale United for the services of David Abagna Sandan.
The Tamale-based club is yet to respond to the latest bid.
